Madison & Jackson's Bright + Beautiful June Wedding at Camelot Manor
Some wedding days just flow. The beautiful and heartfelt moments you don’t have to stage because they’re just happening all around you. That was Madison and Jackson’s day at Camelot Manor in Birmingham, AL; equal parts joyful, elegant, and genuinely fun to photograph.
It was a classic Southern June wedding, but with a modern, vibrant twist. Think bright floral palettes, a mix of digital and film photography that feel like memories, and a couple who trusted the process and just let the day be (a dream!!)
Fun fact: Camelot Manor isn’t just a beautiful venue for this couple: it’s family history. Madison’s great-grandfather was actually born in the house! So you can imagine that photographing Madison there felt a little extra special, knowing this wasn’t just a gorgeous backdrop but a part of her story.
Madison was pure grace under pressure. Warm, kind, and effortlessly photogenic (am I right??) And just as photogenic, Jackson matched her energy with easy charm and just enough goofiness to keep things fun. Together, they nailed every pose and gave me the kind of candid gold ya just can’t fake.
And let’s talk about the florals (Shout out to Kaitlin!): bold, colorful, and summertime in a bouquet. Every bouquet, boutonnière, and table detail popped perfectly against Camelot Manor’s classic white exterior.
From the big moments to the blink-and-you’ll-miss-it stuff, these two made my job feel less like a job and more like tagging along with really cool friends/models who just happen to be getting married.
What you see below is just the tip of the iceberg, not the full gallery that was delivered. Full galleries come packed with way more candids, details, and all the good family formal stuff!
